FAQ | Lumamirae

Pins are handmade, hence they're rarely perfect. However, I carefuly check each pin once I receive them, and before sending them to you.

As each creator has their own grading system, here is mine:

Note: I don't grade side and back of pins!!!

STANDARD (or A)

may have 0 to 2 minor flaws among:

air bubbles: small and slightly noticeable
enamel under fill: small and slightly noticeable
glitter: misplaced
minor imperfections on screeprint
slightly wiggly posts

SECOND (or B)

may have 2 or more of the following:

enamel: underfill, overfill, large scratches, many air bubbles, missing enamel on a very small area, dust, stains..
glitter/stained glass: wrong area, missing epoxy, undefill or overfilled area, dust too noticeable, air bubbles...
metal: noticeable imprefections such as small missing or irregular lines, scratches, polishing imperfections...
screenprint: very noticeable imperfection (wrong color, missing area...)

MOD

enamel: many areas where enamel is missing or underfill, too many dust or stain
stained glass: area not filled
metal: missing plating, very bad polishing, a lot of missing or irregular lines
broken posts

PRE ORDERS

Pre-orders: pins will go into production no matter what (unless really bad things happens to me...). NO REFUND POSSIBLE!

Necessary pre-orders: pins will go into production only if and when the production cost is covered. If I see that a design doesn't get enough succes, I'll cancel the pre-orders and will refund you! Refunds are possible if and only if I cancel the pre-orders.

Wainting time and delay: please note that you won't have your pins before 2 or 3 months, to allow production being completed. In some cases, that waiting time can be extended (manufacturer on holidays, production mistakes...). In any cases, I update everything on IG and Discord, so if you have any doubt please check these medias first.

Do not pre-order if you're not willing to wait!

SOLD OUT ITEM / RESTOCK

Once a product is SOLD OUT, there won't be any restock. Never.

So if you like something, don't sleep on it ♥

Secong grade pins: if a pin is SOLD OUT on standard grades, you may check back later if second grades are available.

If both standard and second are out of stock, there won't be any restock.

SHIPPING

No matter where you live, shipping is available only with tracking.

Shipping fees are based on your package's weight.

You'll receive a notification once your package is shipped.
